I am pleased to be able to offer you a beginners programme. This is four sessions of training designed for the complete novice, or for anyone new to the Bujinkan. In these first weeks of your training, you will learn the special fighting postures, striking methods and blocking forms. You will learn how to safely go down to the floor and roll to safety. You will also be introduced to the basic locking and throwing skills that we use.
Training is controlled, and in the beginning practiced slowly to ensure safety. The lessons are focused on practical skills that will work for self defence and form a solid foundation for advanced lessons in the future.
To begin training you don’t need any special clothes or equipment, just a t-shirt, jogging bottoms and soft training shoes or socks.
After completing the temporary membership period, you will become a full member of the Harlow Dojo and join the Bujinkan Dojo in Japan
